Returns & Exchanges

In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. We ensure that all products are to our satisfaction before mailing out to you. If for any reason, there are slight defects, it will be highlighted in the product description.

Please note that with any handmade products, there may be slight variation to each piece. We try our best to feature and describe the product colours as accurately as possible, however the product colour may still appear slightly different from online as all screens are different. 

If you have received an incorrect or defective order, please get in touch with us within 3 working days to request for an exchange.

Kindly ensure that you enter the correct mailing address so as not to incur additional mailing charges.

If for any reason, you will like to request for an exchange of items bought, you may do so as a one-time goodwill gesture. 

Cost of shipping will be borne by the customer for any such exchanges.

Any discount enjoyed during that purchase cannot be carried forward to the exchange items, especially if the discount period has lapsed. 

Sale items are non-exchangeable nor returnable.

Within Singapore:

• All purchases will enjoy free unregistered shipping via Singpost within Singapore: 3-5 working days, letterbox delivery, no tracking

• Simply top up S$3.50 to opt for delivery via local courier: 1-3 working days, doorstep/letterbox delivery, limited tracking. Enjoy free delivery via local courier when you spend S$120 and above.

International Delivery:

• Australia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea & Taiwan: Shipping charges is currently at a flat rate of S$10 via Singpost Registered International Mail: 10 -14 working days, tracking available

• Canada, United Kingdom & United States: Shipping charges is currently at a flat rate of S$15 via Singpost Registered International Mail: 10 -16 working days, tracking available.
